Terms of service

These terms apply to song promotion orders placed with KLIPHAUS. Operator details: [name, company ID, address].

What you buy

A package of short edit videos that use your song, posted on TikTok accounts operated by KLIPHAUS. We choose the visuals, accounts and posting times.

No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee any number of views, likes, followers, streams or sales. How an edit performs depends mainly on the song itself and on how the TikTok audience reacts to it. Low views on edits that were made and posted as ordered are not a reason for a refund.

Your song

You confirm that you own the song or have permission to promote it, and you allow us to use it in the edits and to post them. You are responsible for any claims related to the song.

Payment and start of the service

Production starts after the payment is received. By ordering you ask us to start right away and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once production has started.

Removed videos

If TikTok removes one of your posted edits, we post a replacement edit free of charge.

Refunds

Refunds are handled individually. If we cannot deliver your package, we refund the edits that were not posted.

Paid partnership

Paid edits are labelled as branded content / paid partnership on TikTok as required by TikTok rules.
