What we collect

Your email, artist name, song title, the song file you upload, your optional TikTok sound link and notes, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe – we never see your card details.

Why

To make and post your edits, send you order updates and keep accounting records.

How long

The uploaded song file is deleted about 30 days after your order is completed. Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data by replying to any of our emails.
